To book a reading you must be 19 years of age or the legal age in your, province, state or country (whichever may apply), be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, or provide absolute proof of permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Information provided, whether given in a message, reading, class, workshop, meditation, or any other form, do not constitute psychological, medical, legal, business, or financial advice and represent an interpretation of energy information and are not intended to be a substitute for professional care and or advice.

 

Each reading is unique to the individual depending on what they are looking for and what their energy wants to communicate with them. Shianne sees energy and interprets the messages to the best of her ability. During readings, energy blocks and things that can be released that are contributing to suffering, pain or depression may be discussed. Everything that takes place in a reading is orchestrated by the individuals own energy. How information, given by Shianne, is used is the sole responsibility of the recipient. Participating in any services offered by Shianne Doucette is a choice and responsibility of the recipient. Shianne Doucette is exempt from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in relation to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided, readings, products, or any services whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.

Shianne Doucette is not responsible for travel costs (such as, but not limited to, airfare, car rental and accommodation) or reimbursement of costs in the event an event or private session is cancelled or rescheduled.

You may record your session with the understanding that, you agree not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, transfer, create, derivative work from, sell or re-sell any content or information.

During events with Shianne Doucette you may be filmed, photographed or recorded and may appear in any media format or promotion and/or publicity.

Shianne Doucette uses WIX for Self Booking, the data stored with WIX using this form is accessible to Shianne Doucette. Shianne Doucette is not responsible for any breaches of Privacy by any 3rd parties including Acuity and Google Mail (confirmation emails are sent to Shianne Doucette’s Gmail account and contain information you have submitted here).  Shianne Doucette uses all possible best practices to protect your privacy. Any information used is submitted by you for appointments, payments, reminders and confirmations. Shianne Doucette will only keep your information for a limited amount of time but you have the right to access personal information held by Shianne Doucette about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please email Shianne.psychic.medium@gmail.com with the subject: My Personal Information. Please allow two working weeks to comply.
